Critical Systems Engineering provides Pre-Construction, Design, Construction Administration and Post-Construction services. CSE leverages its engineering knowledge and understanding of city and state Department of Education requirements.
Working closely with the client, CSE determines the project’s electrical needs, identifies priorities and determines the budget. An industry-leading project evaluation matrix developed from years of experience with similar projects ensures thoroughness.
Construction document creation emphasizes accuracy, readability, and clarity of drawings and specifications. The process starts with converting and optimizing the architectural base plans to enhance engineering system information for the installing contractors.
Electrical systems are then added using state-of-the-art architectural drafting software. Lastly, specialized software designed and created by CSE is then used to optimize and verify the systems designed.
During construction, CSE works hand-in-hand with installing contractors to answer questions, resolve field issues, and insure installation proceeds on schedule and within budget. Frequent field observations and attendance at review meetings with the Authority Having Jurisdiction guarantees successful project completion.
At the completion of every project, CSE conducts an analysis of the process with the installing contractor. As a result, design practices, standard details and specifications are constantly improved to optimize construction documents. The end result of this process is superior documents that are easy for contractors to understand and reduced errors, omissions and initial construction costs for building owners.
