CSE personnel served as the sole electrical engineer to design power, lighting and low voltage infrastructure for a new $71 million, 330,000-square-foot high school campus for Richland County School District Two. The facility includes a large high school, baseball, softball, practice fields, and a district wide football stadium. The facility achieved LEED Silver certification.
The project required utility coordination, short circuit and coordination studies, building power distribution systems analysis and design, building and site lighting design, light spill analysis, lighting simulation and illuminance calculations, low voltage system analysis and design, shop drawing review, supplemental instruction and change directive creation, site observation and construction progress documentation, and coordination with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
