CSE personnel served as the sole electrical engineer to design power, lighting and low voltage infrastructure for renovations to two large car dealerships. Extensive coordination with the owner and the corporate design standards was necessary to achieve the owners desired results within the project budget.
The project required utility coordination, short circuit and coordination studies, building power distribution systems analysis and design, building and site lighting design, light spill analysis, lighting simulation and illuminance calculations, low voltage system analysis and design, shop drawing review, supplemental instruction and change directive creation, site observation and construction progress documentation, and coordination with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
